You will act as the center of control and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, answering calls and emails.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Provide administrative support executing activities and build effective relationships with those you support
- Perform duties as needed related to budget, expenses, and purchasing processes
- Answer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriately
- Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy
- Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data
- Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested
- Coordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc., where required

Responsibilities principales:
- Asegurar la correcta coordinación del transporte de las plantas de Salinas, Puebla, Ecatepec y CEDIS Cuatipark, optimizando la logística y garantizando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos. Responsable del control documental asociado a los transportes, así como del seguimiento y análisis de los principales KPIs del área. Mantener una comunicación fluida con los proveedores, liderar reuniones de seguimiento, elaborar presentaciones e informes para la toma de decisiones.
Educación:
- Ing. Industrial, Ing. Logística, Lic. en Administración de empresas o afín.
Experiencia:
- Al menos 2 años de experiencia en el área de transporte y logística.
