Formación

  • Experiencia en retail de al menos 2 años, verificable.
  • Residir a una hora del lugar de trabajo.
  • Experiencia en supervisión de equipos.

Responsabilidades

  • Analizar y gestionar KPIs como Conversión, UPT, ATV, AUR.
  • Adquisición de clientes, ejecución operativa y gestión del personal.

Position: Retail Experience Supervisor for the opening at Isla Vallarta.

We offer:

  • Monday to Sunday working schedule (8 hours + 1 hour for lunch) with two days off during the week.

Required profile:

  • Experience in retail – at least 2 years, verifiable.
  • Completed high school or incomplete university degree.
  • Reside within 1 hour of the work location.
  • Leadership skills and team supervision experience.
  • Effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Knowledge of retail KPIs: Conversion, UPT, ATV, AUR (essential for progressing in the process).

Job mission:

  • Analyze and manage KPIs (Conversion, UPT, ATV, AUR).
  • Customer acquisition, operational execution, staff management, and visual presentation of the store.
  • Propose strategies to achieve results.
  • Develop and train the team.
  • Handle company values according to established processes.
  • Efficiently manage merchandise from shipment to sales floor.
