Maxima Apparel is seeking an Assistant Merchandiser to support the product lifecycle, ensuring accuracy of merchandising data and creating seasonal sales tools. You will partner with Licensing, Design, and Merchandising teams to bring products to market and maintain catalogs across platforms.

The role emphasizes analytical skills, organization, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize processes and deliver accurate product information to internal stakeholders.

Formación

• 1+ year of merchandising experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience with PLM systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and time management.

Responsabilidades

• Go-to-Market Decks: Develop, deliver and maintain seasonal GTM decks.
• Manage Product Catalog: Update sales tools, product catalogs, and change logs across platforms.
• Data Maintenance & Integrity: Ensure accuracy and consistency of product data in internal systems.
• Operational Support: Assist in daily merchandising activities and ad hoc reporting.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data and KPIs to inform decisions.

The Assistant Merchandiser plays a key role in supporting the product lifecycle by ensuring the accuracy of merchandising data, creating seasonal sales tools, and partnering with cross-functional teams to bring products to market. This role combines analytical skills, organization, and collaboration to support merchandising strategies, optimize processes, and deliver best-in-class product information to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Go-to-Market Decks: Responsible for the development, delivery and ongoing maintenance of the seasonal sales GTM Decks.
• Manage Product Catalog: Coordinate with Licensing, Design, and Merchandising teams to update and maintain sales tools, product catalogs, and change logs. Ensure all product data is accurately maintained across platforms.
• Data Maintenance & Integrity: Own the accuracy and consistency of product data within internal systems. Conduct regular audits and updates to support cross-functional visibility and execution.
• Operational Support: Assist in daily merchandising activities including system updates, sample tracking, meeting preparation, and documentation. Act as a point of contact for routine requests and ad hoc reporting.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze internal sales data and system reports to inform decision-making, track KPIs, and identify performance trends.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in Merchandising or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience with PLM systems is a plus.
