The Standard, Mexico City is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader to support the Outlet Manager in running the outlet as a profitable unit. You will help ensure guest satisfaction while upholding Hyatt standards and operating within budget.

Ideal candidates have a relevant hospitality degree and at least 2 years' experience in a supervisory role in a hotel or large restaurant, with a track record of delivering high service standards.

Formación

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Outlet Manager in running the assigned outlet as a profitable unit.
• Help ensure maximum guest satisfaction while maintaining Hyatt standards and managing within budget.
• Support daily operations to ensure smooth service during events and peak times.

Qualifications
