Descripción

1. Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports
2. Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
3. Develop budgets and financial plans for the company
4. Assist in the company's financial planning and debt financing
5. Manage and monitor all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems
6. Maintain internal control safeguards for the receipt of revenue, costs, and both team and organizational budgets
7. Oversee the production of monthly reports, financial statements, and cash flow projections
8. Work closely with auditing services to ensure correct and necessary practices are undertaken

Perfil buscado

A successful Assistant Controller should have:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. Professional accounting designation (CMA, CGA, or CA)
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and accounting software
4. Strong understanding of economic and banking processes
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills
6. Strong analytic and strategic planning skills
7. Fluency in English and Spanish
