A leading local finance company in Monterrey seeks an experienced finance professional. Responsibilities include managing accounting processes, ensuring tax compliance, and performing financial analysis. The ideal candidate has 8 years of finance experience, fluency in English, and expertise in SAP and Excel. This position requires a results-oriented approach and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Formación

  • 8 years in finance department with accounting and tax experience.
  • Proven ability in finance and accounting processes.
  • Knowledge of local GAAP and USGAAP principles.

Responsabilidades

  • Ensure accuracy of accounting and closing timing.
  • Perform B/S reconciliation and finance analysis.
  • Prepare projected cash flows.
  • Manage internal and external audits.
  • Ensure tax planning and compliance.

Overview

Department: Finance / Accounting / Audit

Location: Mexico - Monterrey

Description

Leading local finance business processes including general accounting/reporting/closing, budgeting/forecasting, cost, internal controls, electronic invoice, tax/statutory and other administrative local, working closely in combination with other team/areas (AR, AP and Treasury) being key partner of the local commercial business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all the accuracy of accounting and closing timing, revision, accruals, etc.
  • B/S reconciliation and other finance analysis.
  • Preparing projected cash flows.
  • Cycle counts and full inventory finance local responsible.
  • Internal and external audit and transfer pricing internal reference.
  • Compliance with all the policies, internal controls and best practice by Franklin.
  • Oversee finance metrics and indicators.
  • Reporting to be provided by consolidation.
  • Electronic invoice.
  • In charge of general accounting under local GAAP and USGAAP principles.
  • Team development according to the needs within finance department.
  • Tax planning and tax compliance.
  • Administrative task of the business.
