Una empresa líder en el sector de alimentos busca un(a) Administrador(a) para proporcionar apoyo administrativo clave, gestionar presupuestos y brindar un excelente servicio al cliente. Se requieren habilidades en SAP, Excel y trabajo en equipo. Se valora experiencia en roles similares y manejo de logística. Ofrecemos un horario flexible y un ambiente de trabajo innovador.

Formación

  • Experiencia en roles de administración y apoyo.
  • Orientación al cliente altamente desarrollada.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.

Responsabilidades

  • Proporcionar soporte administrativo y construir relaciones efectivas.
  • Gestionar presupuestos y procesos de compras.
  • Coordinar logística para viajes y eventos.

You will act as the center of control and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, answering calls and emails.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Provide administrative support executing activities and build effective relationships with those you support
  • Perform duties as needed related to budget, expenses and purchasing processes
  • Answer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriately
  • Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy
  • Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data
  • Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested
  • Coordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. where required

  • Mínimo 6 meses a 1 año de experiencia
  • Inglés básico-intermedio
Horario de Trabajo
  • Esquema de trabajo 1: 6X1 con turnos de 7 AM a 3 PM, 3 PM a 10:30 PM
  • Esquema de trabajo 2: 5x2 de 10:30 PM a 7 AM; se requiere disponibilidad de horario
