Job summary

Flex is seeking an Asset Management Specialist located in Guadalajara North Campus to coordinate asset planning, capex forecast control, asset purchasing and internal transfers.

You will drive utilization improvements, validate capacity requirements per business plans, and ensure capacity is right sized for future needs. The role involves coordinating disposals, digitisation efforts, and collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent English.
• Asset Lifecycle Management.
• Asset Tracking & Inventory Control.
• Financial & Depreciation Management.
• Project & Procurement Coordination, Nice To Have ERP / Asset Management Systems.
• Nice to Have Data Analysis & Reporting.
• Nice to have Audit & Compliance Experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive Continuous Improvement of Utilisation on key equipment areas.
• Validate capacity requirements based on business plans as part of Capex.
• Ensure capacity is right sized to meet future needs.
• Develop and support strategy for alternative capacity solutions (Rental, Outsource).
• Coordinate asset redeployment opportunities across Flex Operations.
• Ensure inbound equipment delivery leadtimes and schedules are maintained.
• Support Digitisation strategy related to Equipment Performance.
• Coordinate assets disposal and ensure compliance with processes.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Asset Management Specalist located in Guadalajara North , Campus. coordinates activities of personnel engaged in some or all of the following areas; assets planning, allocation, capex forecast control, assets purchasing and internal transfer, rental, delivery management, disposal by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

Typical Day

• Drive Continuous Improvement of Utilisation on key equipment areas(SMT, ICT AXI)
• Validate the exact capacity requirements based on business plans as part of Capex process
• Ensure Capacity is right sized to meet the future business and technology requirements.
• Develop and support strategy to meet alternative capacity solutions for short burst needs (Rental , Oursource etc)
• Cooordinate ,Support and identify asset redeployment opportunities across Flex Operations.
• Work with internal and third parties to ensure inbound equipment delivery leadtimes and schedules are maintained on key projects.
• Support Digitisation strategy in relation to Equipment Performance (PCBA)
• Based on priority support Project launch in relation to equipment and capacity
• Coordinate Assets disposal and ensure compliance to relevant process and procedures
• Develop plans with Site and Segment operations to improve productivity and Utilisation
• Develop plans with Site and Segment operations to upgrade aged equipment and technology

Experience

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience
• Fluent English
• Asset Lifecycle Management
• Asset Tracking & Inventory Control.
• Financial & Depreciation Management
• Project & Procurement Coordination, Nice To Have ERP / Asset Management Systems.
• Nice to Have Data Analysis & Reporting
