Hilton in Mexico invites an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support daily dining operations across one or more outlets, delivering memorable guest experiences that reflect our hospitality promise.

You will help manage service standards, control costs and portions, train and develop the team, and ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations, upholding Hilton's renowned guest care and workplace culture.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality operations and guest service delivery.

• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
