Job summary

HSBC Global Services Limited in Mexico is seeking a Client Services professional to manage and resolve a wide range of transactional client needs, including technical inquiries. The role may involve leading a team and advising internal stakeholders across lines of business.

Job description

Client Services is a client-facing role responsible for managing and processing a wide range of transactional client needs, which in some cases may be very technical in nature. The role will also provide advisory support and services to clients and internal stakeholders across lines of business. Individuals in this role may manage a team of Client Services staff.

Responsibilities:
