Position: Asesor Regional de Ventas

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Conducting commercial activities and prospecting with distributors to promote and sell our products.
  2. Implementing actions to maintain sales plans and inventories aligned with business profitability.
  3. Maintaining, updating, or establishing distributor development policies with key performance indicators.
  4. Supporting corporate activities to ensure timely delivery of products with the required specifications, including financing, pricing, and comprehensive assistance.
  5. Using IT/OT equipment in accordance with SITS guidelines.
  6. Adhering strictly to applicable local and international regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Daimler Truck's Code of Conduct, and other company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: Background in service, corporate accounts, sales, and commercial strategies.
  • Specific Knowledge: Statistics, Finance, Administration, and knowledge of buses and market.
  • Work Mode: Hybrid.
  • Skills: Ethical standards, effective communication, structured thinking, customer focus, numerical skills, negotiation, and technical English.
  • Additional Efforts: Conducting interviews, traveling, analyzing data, preparing presentations.
  • Behavioral Traits: Process efficiency, resource management, adaptability, teamwork, customer orientation, leadership.
