Formación

  • 1-2 years of management experience in retail, preferably in apparel or footwear.

Your Mission

Provide the highest level of service to PUMA customers within a retail store to meet or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals, positioning PUMA as the fastest sports brand in the world.

Your Talent
  • Ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through short and long-term planning, expense control, sales, and service.
  • Maintain high standards of customer experience aligned with Brand Values and service standards.
  • Accurately process transactions at the cash register using the POS system, complete forms properly, and apply discounts when appropriate.
  • Handle merchandise transactions, including receiving, pricing verification, issuing receipts, refunds, exchanges, and applying discounts.
  • Upsell complementary and new products.
Requirements
  • One to two years of management experience in a customer service retail environment, preferably apparel or footwear, with proven results.
  • Ability to exceed sales targets while meeting payroll goals; skills in hiring, training, developing, and retaining talent.
  • Strong problem-solving, effective communication, and group presentation skills.
  • Experience in cash handling, reconciliations, deposits.
