Job summary

Citi is seeking an entry-level Field Sales Representative to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales of financial products within the assigned district. You will work with the Consumer Sales Team to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in financial sales preferred.
• Proficient computer and technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain high value accounts with expert advice and promote portfolios and financial products.
• Customize offers and cross-sell a broad set of products and services to existing customers.
• Analyze client interests, problems, and potential needs for new products and services.
• Process service requests to achieve transfers and minimize rejections in client certifications.
• Develop product and service knowledge and stay updated on regulations through internal training.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets set by management.
• Adhere to laws governing telesales in a complex sales environment.
• Assess risk in business decisions, safeguard Citi's reputation and assets, escalate and report control issues transparently.
