Placements24 is seeking an Asesor(a) de Derechos de las Mujeres y Equidad de Género in San Luis Potosí to advise on policy, design gender equality programs, and collaborate with government, NGOs, and community groups. The role focuses on advancing gender equality and addressing gender-based violence.

You will conduct research, develop strategies, facilitate trainings, and monitor program impact while advocating for gender-sensitive public policies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Gender Studies, Sociology, Political Science, Law, Social Work, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working on women's rights, gender equality, or gender-based violence.
• Demonstrated experience in program development, policy analysis, or advocacy.
• Knowledge of feminist theories, gender mainstreaming, and human rights frameworks.
• Spanish fluency; English proficiency is a strong asset.

About the Role

Our client, a prominent organization advocating for women's rights and gender equality, is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Asesor(a) de Derechos de las Mujeres y Equidad de Género .
