About the Role

Our client, an internationally recognized hospitality design firm, is seeking an exceptional Arquitecto Especializado en Diseño de Hoteles y Resorts de Lujo to join their growing team. This is a fully remote role with the exciting challenge of designing world-class hospitality experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing innovative architectural designs for new hotel and resort projects, focusing on guest experience, operational efficiency, and aesthetic appeal. A deep understanding of luxury hospitality trends, spatial programming, and material selection is essential. Key Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design process for luxury hotels and resorts from concept development to detailed design. Create compelling design narratives and visualizations that capture the essence of each project. Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models for all aspects of the project. Collaborate with interior designers, landscape architects, and other consultants to ensure a cohesive and integrated design. Select appropriate materials, finishes, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) to achieve the desired luxury aesthetic and functional requirements. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, accessibility standards, and hospitality operational requirements. Manage client relationships and present design proposals effectively to stakeholders. Conduct site visits and coordinate with construction teams to ensure design intent is realized during construction. Stay informed about global trends in luxury hospitality design, sustainable practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design, with a significant portfolio focused on luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end hospitality projects. Proven ability to lead design projects and work effectively with diverse teams. Expert proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and advanced rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion). Strong understanding of spatial programming, circulation, and operational flows within hospitality venues. Excellent sense of aesthetics, detail, and material knowledge. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
