Qualifications

About the Role

Our client, a globally recognized leader in enterprise solutions, is looking for an experienced and visionary Arquitecto de Soluciones Blockchain to spearhead their blockchain initiatives. Based in Monterrey , you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of blockchain-based solutions that address complex business challenges across various industries, including supply chain, finance, and identity management. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise architectures, distributed ledger technologies, and their practical application in solving real-world problems. You will act as a technical authority, guiding development teams, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring the scalability, security, and efficiency of our blockchain deployments. Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-grade blockchain solutions. Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain platforms and technologies (e.g., Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum Enterprise, Corda). Define technical standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for blockchain projects. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Assess the feasibility and integration of blockchain solutions with existing enterprise systems. Develop proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and prototypes to demonstrate the value of blockchain technology. Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of deployed blockchain networks. Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in blockchain and distributed ledger technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in software architecture or solutions design, with at least 3 years focused on blockchain technologies. Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise blockchain solutions. In-depth knowledge of various DLT platforms and their use cases (e.g., permissioned vs. permissionless). Strong understanding of distributed systems, consensus algorithms, cryptography and network protocols. Experience with smart contract development and deployment in enterprise contexts. Excellent understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with blockchain. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with API design and integration.
