The position is primarily office-based in Acapulco to ensure close collaboration with clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities

Assess client needs and identify high-potential use cases for blockchain technology across various industries. Advise on the selection of appropriate blockchain platforms and technologies. Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams on blockchain concepts and tools. Analyze the potential impact of blockchain on business processes, supply chains, and operational efficiency. Support clients during the initial phases of blockchain implementation and integration. Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes related to blockchain technology. Develop compelling presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor throughout the adoption process.

Requirements

Proven experience (4+ years) in consulting, business analysis, or strategy, with a demonstrable focus on blockchain technology and its business applications (2+ years). Strong understanding of various blockchain technologies, including public, private, and consortium blockchains, smart contracts, and DLT. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in change management and guiding organizations through technology adoption processes. Familiarity with different industry sectors and their specific challenges and opportunities related to blockchain. Ability to work effectively in a client-facing role and manage project timelines. Comfortable working from our Acapulco, Guerrero office, with potential for client site visits. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. Proficiency in Spanish is required; English is a plus.
