Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture with specialized coursework or experience in healthcare design.
• Experience: minimum 6 years in architectural design, at least 3 years in healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design of healthcare projects, including hospitals, clinics, and specialized medical centers.
• Develop functional layouts and spatial organizations that optimize patient flow, staff efficiency, and infection control.
• Apply parametric design tools and methodologies to explore innovative design solutions and complex geometries.
• Collaborate with healthcare consultants, medical equipment planners, and engineers to integrate specialized requirements.
• Ensure designs comply with healthcare regulations, building codes, and accessibility standards in Aguascalientes.
• Prepare detailed design documents, including schematics, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure accurate implementation of healthcare design features.
• Stay current with advancements in healthcare design, medical technology, and sustainable building practices.
• Engage with hospital administrators and medical staff to translate their needs into design solutions.
