Placements24 seeks a Senior Industrial Project Architect to lead the architectural design of large-scale industrial facilities in Tijuana, Baja California. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a significant focus on industrial or manufacturing facilities.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM tools.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, including budget and schedule control.
• In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building systems, particularly for industrial applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Tijuana, Baja California, or similar urban industrial settings is a plus.
• Professional architectural license (e.g., Colegio de Arquitectos de México) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
