Formación

Job Description

Join our team as Area Sales Manager, West and Central, based in Punta de Mita at Susurros del Corazón and in Riviera Maya at Etéreo, both in Mexico. The role involves identifying and sourcing leisure business aligned with the collection’s strategic plan to maximize room revenue during peak and non-peak periods. The position reports to the Area Director of Sales & Marketing and collaborates closely with the revenue team to ensure sales strategies meet business needs. Currently, this role represents two Auberge Resorts properties in Latin America. The position is home-based, with a preference for Texas or California.

  • Oversee account management and achieve production goals in the assigned region.
  • Support revenue goals by generating leisure business for each hotel.
  • Organize and execute direct sales efforts via phone, email, and in person, with an average of five prospecting efforts per day.
  • Participate in weekly revenue management calls and other scheduled conference calls with the Area Director of Sales and property teams.
  • Maintain and build an accurate regional client database.

Qualifications

Required

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in a luxury hotel sales environment.
  • Proven ability to drive sales revenue in a hotel setting.

Desirable

  • Experience selling multiple properties or brands.
  • Experience in international hotels or resorts.
  • Experience working remotely in a sales office.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with professional organizations supporting leisure travel.
