Formación

Job Description

Join our team as an Area Sales Manager, West and Central, based in Texas or California, responsible for sourcing leisure business for Susurros del Corazón in Punta de Mita and Etereo in Riviera Maya, Mexico. The role involves working closely with the revenue team to align leisure sales strategies with property needs and achieving regional sales goals.

  • Manage account and sales targets within the assigned region.
  • Support revenue goals by generating leisure business for both properties.
  • Organize and execute direct sales efforts via phone, email, and in person, averaging 5 prospecting efforts per day.
  • Participate in weekly revenue management and sales calls with the Area Director and property teams.
  • Maintain and develop an accurate regional client database.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Proven ability to drive sales revenue.

Desirable:

  • Experience selling multiple properties or brands.
  • Experience in international hotels/resorts.
  • Experience working remotely in a sales role.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with leisure-focused professional organizations.
