British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for an Area Manager in Toluca.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Pursuing volume target reach, focused on strategic portfolio.
  2. Ensuring availability of BAT strategic brands in the POS.
  3. Communicating trade marketing initiatives to area employees, aligning objectives and scopes of initiatives into actionable tasks for the trade force.
  4. Guaranteeing correct and on-time implementation of merchandising and promotion material at POS in accordance with the cycle plan and communication coverage plan.
  5. Serving as negotiator with key customers and wholesalers.
  6. Analyzing statistical information (BO, Shipments, Nielsen) to support decision making.
  7. Analyzing information and market trends to identify opportunity areas in trade marketing and propose action plans.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing & Development (TM&D) in tobacco or similar FMCG categories.
  • Minimum of two years in a similar role.
  • Desired one year of experience in personnel management and control.
  • College graduate or bachelor’s degree.
  • Willingness to relocate nationwide.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • English skills are desirable.
