British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for an Area Sales Manager in Toluca

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Pursues volume target reach, focused on strategic portfolio.
  • Ensures availability of BAT strategic brands in the POS.
  • Communicates trade marketing initiatives to area employees, aligning objectives and scopes of initiatives into actionable tasks for the trade force.
  • Guarantees correct and on-time implementation of merchandising and promotion material at POS in accordance with the cycle plan and communication coverage plan.
  • Serves as negotiator with key customers and wholesalers.
  • Analyses statistical information to help on his/her decision making. (BO, Shipments, Nielsen)
  • Analyses information and market trends to find opportunity areas in trade marketing and propose action plans.

What are we looking for?

  • 5 years of experience in TM&D on tobacco or similar FMCG categories
  • Minimum of two years in a similar role
  • Desired one year experience in personnel management and control
  • College graduated or bachelor’s degree
  • Willingness to move nationwide
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Desirably English skills
