Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager for Mexico and LATAM, you as a Sales Manager will oversee the commercial strategy and execution for regional reps, distributors, and end users. This is a field-based position with direct responsibility for achieving sales targets, driving revenue and market share growth, and managing key customer relationships. You will analyze market data, identify strategic opportunities, and develop tactical plans to strengthen market penetration and brand presence.

About the Job:
  • Provide commercial direction and regional management for representatives and distribution channels.
  • Execute regional sales targets and objectives with focus on sustainable growth.
  • Lead revenue and market share growth initiatives across key industries and customer segments.
  • Drive brand specification efforts with engineering firms and end users through targeted training programs.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and factory teams to execute strategies and tactics aligned with business goals.
  • Work with Marketing and Channels to implement promotional tools, pricing strategies, campaigns, and distributor agreements.
  • Gather customer insights and market intelligence to inform product positioning and specification.
  • Contribute to AOP bookings planning and performance analysis by geography and competition.
  • Monitor results using internal tools such as LFBC and BI databases and present updates during monthly and quarterly reviews.
  • Ensure exceptional post-sales experience by working closely with technical support teams.

About You:
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering preferred); MBA or formal sales training is a plus.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Sales and Business Development, preferably within analytical instrumentation, mining, industrial sectors, or distribution channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies, manage commercial teams, and optimize sales channels.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, BI tools, and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and conflict management abilities.
  • Experience with multicultural and matrix team management.
  • Highly adaptable, results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Comfortable with frequent change and a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel (approximately 50% overnight travel).
