As Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and consolidating our presence in the assigned territory, leading the team to achieve the division's revenue goals.

This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Mexico.

What you'll do:
  • Expand and strengthen our presence in the assigned territory;
  • Lead the team to meet revenue targets;
  • Monitor and analyze team KPIs;
  • Acquire key partners, agency chains, vertical groups, and API partners;
  • Support the team in managing key accounts;
  • Search for and recruit new business partners, strengthen existing relationships, and conduct negotiations;
  • Develop team members through hiring, training, and coaching;
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the division's marketing plan;
  • Conduct market research, reporting, analysis, and forecasting using Tableau and internal analytics tools.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful leadership experience in sales and account management, with in-depth knowledge of the regional travel market, a strong sales background, and expertise in business development and networking within the B2B travel industry;
  • Deep understanding of the region's travel market, including B2B networks (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs), tourism, and online booking systems;
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus;
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time;
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency with data-driven decision-making, innovative mindset, and experience using KPIs to measure success;
  • Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, tech-savvy, and adaptable to a fast-changing environment; a team player;
  • Ability to operate across diverse cultural contexts, reflecting ETG's global presence;
  • Experience with API technology deals is advantageous.
