Formación

Job Description

Join our team as an Area Sales Manager, West and Central, based in Texas or California. This role involves sourcing leisure business to maximize room revenue for Susurros del Corazón in Punta de Mita and Etéreo in Riviera Maya, Mexico. The position reports to the Area Director of Sales & Marketing and collaborates closely with the revenue team to align sales strategies with property needs. Currently, the role covers two Auberge Resorts properties in Latin America.

  • Manage account and sales goals within the assigned region.
  • Support revenue objectives by generating leisure business for each property.
  • Organize and execute direct sales efforts via phone, email, and in person, averaging five prospecting efforts per day.
  • Participate in weekly Revenue Management calls and other scheduled meetings with the Area Director of Sales and property teams.
  • Maintain and develop the regional client database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications

Required

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Proven ability to drive hotel sales revenue.

Desirable

  • Experience selling multiple properties or brands.
  • Background in international hotels or resorts.
  • Experience working remotely in a sales environment.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with professional organizations supporting leisure travel.
