LeadVenture is seeking a results-driven Account Receivable Manager to oversee and streamline the billing process for our Mexico teams. The person in this role must be based in Guadalajara or the surrounding area. Working closely with the AR Manager and Director of Financial Operations, you’ll be responsible for preparing month-end reports, developing and tracking KPIs to optimize team performance, and ensuring quality assurance across all billing processes.
The role also includes managing personnel development, team building, staffing, and assisting in the integration of new acquisitions into our billing systems. Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and streamline billing processes for our Mexico teams, coordinating directly with the AR Manager and Director of Financial Operations.
- Prepare and report month-end closing for billing group information.
- Develop and evolve KPIs with the AR Manager to monitor and manage team performance, creating a performance-driven environment.
- Plan and implement quality assurance procedures for all billing processes.
- Provide continuous and real-time feedback to the Controller and other organizational leaders.
- Manage personnel development, conduct staff meetings, and facilitate team building activities.
- Participate in staffing discussions, planning, and interviews.
- Offer ongoing feedback on billing systems and suggest improvements to support the local team.
- Assist in the integration of future acquisitions into billing processes.

- Accounting background preferred.
- College degree in accounting, finance, or business management preferred.
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and SaaS environments preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to interpret financial reports, technical journals, and legal documents.
