Appointment Setter – Remote

Job Description:

Remoto Workforce is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team at Remoto Workforce. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting. Previous experience in a call center environment is a plus. This is a 100% remote position with a direct contract under the RESICO tax scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to generate leads and schedule qualified appointments with potential clients.
• Ensure appointments are successfully confirmed and attended.
• Consistently meet and exceed daily/weekly performance metrics.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all interactions and outcomes.
• Work closely with the sales team to optimize conversion rates.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting.
• Experience in a call center is a strong advantage.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Goal-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote setting.
• Availability: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $15,000 MXN/month (direct salary via RESICO).
• Uncapped Commissions:
• $100 MXN per appointment set the same day.
• $150 MXN if the call is completed the same day of the appointment.
• 5 PTO days per year.
• Aguinaldo: 15 days.
• Vacation: 12 days per year.
