ROLE OVERVIEW

About the Client: The client is a growing volume photography business specializing in school and athletic program photography (basketball, dance, gymnastics, and more). Currently in a growth phase, the client is seeking a motivated and skilled professional to drive client acquisition and sales, with opportunities to expand into digital marketing support as the role evolves.

About the Role: The client is looking for a Part-Time Appointment Setter & Client Outreach Specialist, with the intention of converting the role into full-time as the company’s needs and cash flow grow. The primary focus of this role is new business development through direct outreach, appointment setting, and sales closure. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent English communication skills for U.S.-based calling, and an interest in or background in digital marketing. This is a client-facing role that requires professionalism, resilience, and the ability to build rapport naturally.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Appointment Setting (Primary Focus)

  • Conduct proactive cold calling to prospect new accounts within schools and athletic/extracurricular programs.
  • Set qualified appointments for the owners to secure new business.
  • Qualify leads to ensure scheduled appointments are high-quality and productive.
  • Handle objections confidently, leveraging sales experience to convert prospects.
  • Use GoHighLevel (GHL) to support outreach and lead management.

Sales Closure and Follow-Up

  • Follow up with customers who have placed deposits but not finalized purchases to close sales.
  • Consistently fill the owners’ calendar with qualified leads.

Digital Marketing and Administrative Support (Secondary/Growth Focus)

  • Assist with social media management and marketing once sales responsibilities are established.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives, sales funnels, and related activities as the role expands.
  • Perform back-office administrative tasks to free up owners for high-value work.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Fluent English and Spanish for U.S.-based client interactions; ability to hold natural, engaging conversations without relying on scripts.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in cold calling, appointment setting, and lead qualification.
  • Familiarity with U.S. market culture and client expectations.
  • Strong internet connection (fiber preferred), backup power supply, and ability to work remotely with reliability.
  • Willingness to stay long-term and grow with the company.
  • Experience or education in digital marketing is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a plus.
