Sr Renewals Specialist

We are hiring a Sr Renewals Specialist to serve as a key resource to a dedicated set of our most valued and high-profile customers to help them extract maximum value from their investment in our team messaging, video meetings, and a business phone product.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a clear process to work through account renewals based on renewal date, size of renewal and complexity of renewal
  • Maintaining and growing monthly recurring revenue
  • Understanding how the revenue components impact financial goals
  • Coordinating with the Expand sales team and monitoring upsell/cross-sell opportunities with the customer
  • Running a professional renewal process and ensuring high customer satisfaction during the discussions and process
  • Maintaining good customer records in CRM
  • Submitting weekly forecast on renewals, down sell and churn
  • Escalating material churn or down sell scenarios
Qualifications
  • 2+ yrs experience in sales (B2B or B2C)
  • 1+ yr in the technology or telecommunications industry
  • Track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing licensing agreements and ability to negotiate commercial terms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills - fluency in English (B2) - and understanding of situational uses of different communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience with unified communication services, including VoIP, PBX
