Sr Renewals Specialist
We are hiring a Sr Renewals Specialist to serve as a key resource to a dedicated set of our most valued and high-profile customers to help them extract maximum value from their investment in our team messaging, video meetings, and a business phone product.
Responsibilities
- Managing a clear process to work through account renewals based on renewal date, size of renewal and complexity of renewal
- Maintaining and growing monthly recurring revenue
- Understanding how the revenue components impact financial goals
- Coordinating with the Expand sales team and monitoring upsell/cross-sell opportunities with the customer
- Running a professional renewal process and ensuring high customer satisfaction during the discussions and process
- Maintaining good customer records in CRM
- Submitting weekly forecast on renewals, down sell and churn
- Escalating material churn or down sell scenarios
Qualifications
- 2+ yrs experience in sales (B2B or B2C)
- 1+ yr in the technology or telecommunications industry
- Track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing licensing agreements and ability to negotiate commercial terms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills - fluency in English (B2) - and understanding of situational uses of different communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with unified communication services, including VoIP, PBX
