Your role and responsibilities

An Application Developer specializing in RPA is responsible for converting business and IT process definitions into automated solutions that enhance service delivery. The role requires working closely with business analysts/APC, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver efficient and scalable automation solutions. They possess expertise in various robotic process automation (RPA) tools, such as Automation Anywhere. This expertise includes native chatbot support, natural language processing (NLP), optical character recognition (OCR), native Citrix automation, document processing, IVR/IVA, Workflow management, native RPA connector/copilot for core Generative AI features like Content Creation, Summarization, Classification, Sentiment Analysis, Code Generation with internal/external LLMs. This role requires programming, tool configuration skills, well versed with SDLC. Senior RPA developers onboard and train new team members, ensuring they understand the operational aspects of the RPA solution, such as network connections and tool integration. RPA developer should also be acquainted with PM Tools and Gen AI tools.

Required technical and professional expertise

RPA: Must have strong experience on Automation Anywhere

Have strong communication skills and can effectively work with a remote team

Experience in working with Agile team and JIRA, Confluence or other knowledge management system

Preferred technical and professional experience

Certifications:

Automation Anywhere Certified Essentials Automation Developer.

Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced Professional

Automation Anywhere Certified Master.
