Amazon Mexico Soft-lines Retail team is looking for a data-driven, customer-obsessed, hands-on, and creative candidate to join our team. As a Brand Specialist, you'll own selected brands to help drive growth and deliver a best-in-class customer experience on Amazon.com.mx.

You will be responsible for managing brands' product portfolios, improving user experience, and creating detailed monthly performance reports. You will lead presentations and planning sessions with vendors and serve as the main point of contact for them.

Your role also includes analyzing business inefficiencies, proposing operational improvements, ensuring high-quality product detail pages, and recommending effective marketing campaigns to drive growth.

Successful Brand Specialists possess strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills. They are quick learners, problem solvers, and effective communicators capable of building positive relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Online marketing: enhancing product pages, developing marketing plans, improving onsite customer experience, generating traffic and sales.
  • Vendor management: expanding product selection, onboarding new vendors, resolving pricing issues.
  • In-stock management: tracking purchase orders, investigating late deliveries, resolving order rejections, working on PO automation.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Lead vendor relationships to define and improve customer selection, ensuring the best products and value propositions.
