We’re looking for a Product Designer with strong UI expertise and solid UX foundations to join our fast-moving, agile team in Europe. This is a design-first role focused on turning complex SaaS and commercial sales tech into clean, intuitive, high-converting user interfaces.

You’ll work alongside one of our strongest UX minds, so we’re looking for someone who can own the UI layer, bring strong Figma and design systems experience, and complement the team by delivering polished, user-friendly design across all touchpoints.

What You’ll Do

1. Take ownership of the UI across our SaaS platform, ensuring a world-class user experience that’s simple, modern, and efficient.
2. Translate complex user flows and technical features into clean, intuitive interfaces.
3. Work closely with UX, product, and engineering to ensure alignment from design to delivery.
4. Build and maintain design systems in Figma, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product.
5. Support UX when needed—this is a UI-heavy role, but you’re expected to understand UX principles and top-up where required.
6. Champion the value of design across the team, keeping usability, accessibility, and business goals in balance.

What You’ll Bring

1. 3+ years of experience in SaaS or B2B product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI work.
2. Deep expertise in Figma and experience building or maintaining design systems.
3. A track record of translating messy, complex ideas into clear, commercial user journeys.
4. Experience working in agile teams, able to ship fast, iterate, and work in parallel with UX and product leads.
5. Stability – This is a startup and we need people aware of the challenges faced.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills, and a good feel for visual hierarchy, micro-interactions, and modern product design trends.
7. Alignment with our company values and a mindset of continuous improvement and ownership.
