Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Annex 24 Analyst.
Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Maintain compliance of Annex 24 inventory control for raw materials and fixed assets, ensure the timely submission of the monthly reconciliation and Annex 30 reports, and process the payment of the open balance within the established deadlines to ensure compliance with the obligations set forth under the IMMEX Program and the VAT Certification (CIVA), while also maintaining the KPI metrics.
Ensure that all equipment physically located at the plant is included in the fixed asset reconciliation and that the equipment's brand, model, and serial number match both the physical assets and the corresponding customs entry documentation (pedimentos).
The annex 24 analyst is the designed resource accountable for ensuring ongoing compliance with Annex 24 inventory control requirements at the site level. This role is responsible for maintaining date accuracy and coordinating cross-functional inputs. This role acts as the single point of contact for annex 24 compliance at the site.
