A leading tech company in Mexico City is seeking an Analytical Lead to provide data-driven insights for marketing measurement. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years' experience in marketing analytics, strong skills in SQL and Business Intelligence tools, and is fluent in both English and Spanish. This role requires building client relationships and using data to influence marketing strategies.

As an Analytical Lead, you will use data-driven insights to help our customers achieve their business objectives. You will help influence our customers marketing measurement plans.
You will have an investigative background with experience in strategy consulting, marketing analytics, financial modeling, or statistical analysis. You will analyze datasets and identify actionable insights. You will help customers increase their measurement maturity by adopting best practices in marketing measurement and media attribution. You will use Google internal data, customer marketing campaign performance data, and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and marketing strategies that drive growth for our customers and Google.
You will be thinking critically, be comfortable with ambiguity, demonstrate strong business acumen, and a problem solver. You will work directly with customers and own relationships with key decision makers, including executive leaders in strategy and analytics teams.You will build trust and motivate change both internally and externally.
