YOUR ROLEThis position supports the strategic and operational procurement activities for Technology and Professional Services categories, including SaaS, software/hardware renewals, IT maintenance, and external labor and managed services. The Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring accurate requirements validation, contract compliance, stakeholder communication, and focuses on maintaining service continuity by proactive communication with vendors, resolving issues related to payments, purchase orders, and service delivery. The role also ensures alignment with internal teams (finance, legal, sourcing, stakeholders) and contributes to cost control, renewal optimization, and procurement governance across global teams (US, LATAM, EMEA).
