Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and follow-up of new supplier complaints, containment status, and corrective actions, ensuring on-time delivery of Queretaro products
• Coordinating communication and development of corrective action plans for supplier complaints at the Queretaro site
• Developing and optimizing visual aids for production follow-up of containment and corrective actions
• Ensuring decision-making is based on cost-benefit analysis of customer complaints
• Supporting investigations and resolutions related to supplier complaints, audits, and quality alerts

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautics, Industrial, or Administrative Industrial Engineering
• Advanced technical and business English skills
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of certifications such as Catia V5 (or related, e.g., Autocad), SAP, 3DVIA, Advanced Excel, Office 365
• Experience in configuration and review of technical drawings
• Proficiency in SAP management
