This role supports compliance activities throughout US, Canada, and Mexico. Responsible for timely and accurate support of customs compliance processes including but not limited to recordkeeping, COFEPRIS permit application, auditing, support of product databases, free trade agreements, certificates of origin, certificates of free sale, import entry processing support, and serve as front line compliance contact for internal and external partners. The analyst will need experience in customs compliance processes, documentation requirements, and international trade regulatory requirements of agencies including National Customs Agency of Mexico and be able to support Canada Border Service Agency (CBSA), US Customs and Border Protection (USCBP), and US Food and Drug Administration (US FDA), etc activities.
