TransUnion in Mexico City is seeking an HR Operations Analyst to support onboarding and employee services within a global HR framework. You will partner with recruiters, HR Business Partners, employees, vendors, and regional/global teams to deliver accurate, compliant HR processes and a positive employee experience.
The role focuses on end-to-end onboarding, data integrity, and ongoing administrative support, requiring excellent communication in English and Spanish and a strong eye for detail.
TransUnion's Global HR Operations team supports employees throughout the employee lifecycle by delivering consistent, compliant, and customer-focused HR services across regions. Based in Mexico, the HR Coordinator will collaborate with local and global partners to align regional onboarding and HR administration processes with TransUnion's global operating standards. This role reports to the Senior Manager, People Operations.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
As an HR Coordinator, you will help deliver a seamless employee experience, with a primary focus on onboarding, HR operations, data accuracy, and process excellence. You will work across cultures and time zones, partnering with recruiters, HR Business Partners, employees, vendors, and regional and global HR Operations teams.
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience supporting HR operations. Three to five years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Employee Services, Shared Services, or a comparable operational environment, including experience processing employee lifecycle transactions. Professional fluency in English and Spanish, written and verbal, to support employees and stakeholders across Mexico and global teams. Experience coordinating onboarding or pre-employment processes that require accurate documentation, timely stakeholder follow-up, confidentiality, and compliance with established requirements. Experience working with stakeholders across countries, cultures, organizational levels, or time zones to resolve operational issues and complete HR processes.
Experience using a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to process or maintain employee lifecycle information while supporting data accuracy and confidentiality. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reviewing and maintaining operational information and tracking process completion. Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Teams to coordinate onboarding activities and communicate with employees and cross-functional partners.
