Overview

Position Summary Statement:

The AHROG will be directly responsible for providing first-line services, transactional and operational deliveries of the HR GBS, as well as for ensuring follow-up, output, quality, and efficiency of all activities assigned via Service Now or any other media or form determined by management.

The AHROG will ensure the achievement of Service Partnership Agreements (SPAs) for all processes within its scope for internal customers and partners. This includes services across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Data Management, and Employee Administration. The role also requires maintaining the highest standards of compliance on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics across all HR transactional services.

Detailed Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver HR transactional processes that meet each function’s business needs with global standardization.
  2. Ensure service partnership agreements (SPAs) are met for all processes of the HR GBS team.
  3. Manage daily operations and services for the HR transactional services team within the Regional Global Business Services Center.
  4. Ensure accuracy and completeness of end-to-end, standard processes and supporting documentation.
  5. Ensure HR records and systems comply with applicable local, regional, and international policies, including Human Rights, Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy, Employment/Labor Laws, and all legislative and regulatory standards.
  6. Adhere to Herbalife’s policies (e.g., approvals, HR guidelines) and ensure all controls function as designed.

Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

Languages:
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
Experience:
  • At least 2 years of related experience in Human Resources.
  • Operational understanding of Herbalife HR Systems.
  • Functional knowledge of HR laws, including employment, federal, state, and local regulations.
Education:
  • B.A. in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in delivering HR transactional business services or shared services, process improvement, and operational service management in HR.
  • Experience in Service Delivery or business transformation projects, including strategy and deployment.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese is desirable.
