JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary:

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Analyst to join our Digital & Technology organization. This role is designed for a data-savvy, operations-oriented individual who will play a key role in utilizing analytical frameworks to ensure that our internal operations are driving financial outcomes tied to enterprise objectives.

We’re looking for someone who is both logical and intellectually curious—someone who instinctively asks why, deconstructs processes to their core components, and translates findings into actionable insights and dollar impact. Your work will be instrumental in making sure we are on the path to achieving our ambitious goal of becoming a $10 billion company.

You will collaborate closely with teams across Finance, Strategy, and various Digital & Technology product and platform groups. This role sits within the Operations function of the Office of the Chief Digital & Technology Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize operational scenario models to simulate the impact of strategic choices, resourcing plans, and process changes.
  • Partner with Finance to connect operational data with financial outcomes, ensuring performance metrics accurately reflect business value.
  • Provide analytical thought leadership to product and platform teams, helping them build compelling benefits cases and quantify the financial impact of their initiatives.
  • Design, build, and maintain tools and dashboards to track progress toward enterprise OKRs, enabling visibility and accountability across the organization.
  • Automate and maintain high-quality operational reports for executive and stakeholder audiences, delivering clear and actionable insights.
  • Translate complex data into strategic insights that inform decision-making and support enterprise growth initiatives.
  • Manage ad hoc analysis and requests to deliver on department objectives.
  • Evaluate and enhance existing performance measurement frameworks by researching and applying industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field. Advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, strategy, analytics, consulting, banking or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build and interpret models that evaluate business performance and future-state scenarios.
  • Strong analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel (What-If Analysis, Macros, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting
  • Experience with financial analysis, cost modeling, or operational KPI tracking.
  • Experience with aggregating, integrating and managing large operational data sets
  • Familiarity with OKRs.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication skills, especially in working with Finance, Strategy, and Product/Tech teams.
