Your New Role:
The AR Analyst will focus on supporting the Global Consumer Products business through the collection, management, and ongoing auditing of licensee GTINs, MPNs and SKUs to support internal point-of-sale (POS) reporting. This position will be responsible for managing accounts receivable data collection and reporting in a high-volume, team-oriented environment, handling multiple invoices and titles while ensuring compliance with corporate accounts receivable and credit policies. This role involves initiating customer contact to request necessary data, following up on outstanding information, and reporting on the status of data received. In addition to data collection, the AR Analyst may perform accounts receivable analysis, conduct account reconciliations, and engage with customers to resolve open balances and secure timely payments while maintaining positive customer relationships. Analysts will communicate with customers via phone and email to gather required information and investigate the reasons behind overdue payments, reviewing terms of sale, service, or contracts as necessary. The role also includes accurately recording and maintaining data, reporting on financial status, and documenting collection efforts in the ERP system in a timely manner. The AR Analyst will provide insights and resolutions to receivable issues and contribute to the enhancement and performance of financial systems supporting accounts receivable processes. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams within the order-to-cash cycle, internal stakeholders, and customers. The AR Analyst will play a critical role in fostering an environment that upholds and reflects the Warner Bros. Discovery brand.
