Job summary

PPG Industries Mexico is seeking a Pricing and Profitability Analyst to perform pricing, revenue and profitability analyses across sales channels, supporting the development of pricing strategies and commercial decisions that optimize profitability, competitiveness, and business performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of pricing actions, promotions, and customer agreements, provide data-driven recommendations, and maintain profitability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, profitability analysis, pricing, revenue management, database management, or related analytical functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform pricing, revenue, and profitability analyses for strategic business projects, ensuring financial viability.
• Analyze the financial impact of Marketing and Commercial initiatives, including Go-to-Market activities, promotions, and customer agreements.
• Conduct profitability analyses to support commercial and pricing decision-making and identify margin improvement opportunities.
• Support evaluation and implementation of commercial agreements and new business opportunities.
• Maintain and manage profitability systems and tools, ensuring accuracy and availability of information.
• Monitor pricing, revenue, and margin performance, highlighting risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial impact of pricing actions and business initiatives.
• Provide recommendations that support revenue growth while maintaining target profitability.
