What You’ll Do
- As a Pricing Analyst you will be the first line of support for pricing and margin analysis within the Commercial Team at Breg.
- You will be responsible for analyzing product pricing, managing customer pricing data in Oracle ERP, and supporting cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to help drive profitable business growth.
- Develop and analyze pricing models for products and services.
- Maintain and analyze pricing data from various internal and external sources.
- Review and resolve pricing disputes in coordination with internal teams and customers.
- Analyze historical discounts and contracts to enhance profitability.
- Collaborate with Marketing to maintain a competitive cross-reference tool for Sales.
- Calculate rebate payouts and generate reports with the BI Team.
- Set up pricing for new accounts and update pricing-related fields in ERP (Oracle or similar).
- Collaborate with Master Data team to ensure accurate customer pricing data.
- Upload and maintain pricelists, modifiers, and pricebooks with accuracy and timeliness.
- Generate and analyze customer price quotes.
- Support Sales Operations team on pricing inquiries and processes.
- Assess effectiveness of current pricing strategies and recommend improvements.
- Respond to pricing-related requests from internal and external customers.
- Participate in special projects or strategic initiatives as needed.
- Promote and model Breg’s culture of accountability and professional behavior.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in pricing, finance, commercial operations, or sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Strong skills in financial modeling and advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Working knowledge of Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems is desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and prioritize effectively.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is required.
