A leading manufacturer is seeking an Inventory Analyst to ensure the availability of raw materials for production. The role involves analyzing inventory data, creating reports, and collaborating with production and supply chain teams. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Supply Chain or Business and strong analytical skills.

As an Inventory Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, tracking, and reporting the availability of raw materials to support uninterrupted production operations. You will monitor inventory levels, identify potential shortages, and ensure that systems reflect accurate and up-to-date information. Your role will be key in maintaining materials availability in alignment with manufacturing demands.
About the Job:Analyze, collect, and enter data on raw material availability to ensure production demands are met.
Create reports that highlight inventory shortages that may impact production timelines.
Maintain systems that track raw material inventory levels across the manufacturing site.
Audit inventory reports regularly and report any discrepancies to relevant teams.
Support production planning by ensuring material data is accurate and current.
Work cross-functionally with production and supply chain teams to maintain material readiness.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor or university degree preferred in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Up to one year of relevant experience in inventory analysis or a similar function.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
