Una empresa del sector agroindustrial busca un Analista de Business Insights & Analytics que transformará el equipo de FP&A con herramientas automatizadas y dashboards interativos. El candidato ideal tiene experiencia en el desarrollo de visualizaciones y modelado de datos, y ayuda en la toma de decisiones estratégicas al optimizar los procesos de reportes. Se requiere una licenciatura en campos relevantes, experiencia en finanzas y habilidades avanzadas en Power BI y SQL.

Formación

• Licenciatura en análisis, finanzas o campos relacionados.
• 3-5 años de experiencia en análisis de datos y criação de dashboards.
• Conocimiento avanzado de herramientas de BI y proceso de automatización de reportes.

Job Summary

The Business Insights & Analytics Analyst plays a key role in transforming the FP&A team into a future-ready, insight-driven function. This position exists to lead the design, automation, and optimization of financial reporting and performance dashboards. By building scalable tools and replacing manual Excel-based processes with dynamic, interactive analytics, the role empowers leadership to make faster, datainformed decisions. The analyst will own reporting automation while enabling strategic visibility across revenue, cost, margin, and profitability metrics.

Job Contributions And Key Responsabilities

Dashboard Creation & Data Visualization

• Design and implement financial and operational dashboards in Power BI.
• Build intuitive, executive-ready visualizations that support business performance tracking.
• Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to ensure dashboards are relevant, accurate, and aligned to strategic KPIs.
  
  

Report on Automation & Process Optimization

• Transition recurring manual reports into automated tools and self-service analytics.
• Standardize reporting templates and calculations to ensure consistency across the organization.
• Create reporting packages that refresh automatically and reduce turnaround time.
  
  

Data Modeling & Tool Development

• Build robust data models to support cross-functional performance views.
• Maintain backend logic and ensure data integrity and refresh accuracy.
• Enhance usability and scalability of existing reporting infrastructure.
• Drive root cause analysis for variances and support opportunity/risk identification.
  
  

Ad Hoc Tools & Decision Support

• Develop custom analytics tools (forecasting templates, scenario models, margin calculators, ROIs etc.).
• Provide quick-turnaround support to strategic initiatives through custom dashboard builds or performance snapshots.
• Develop and deliver actionable insights and recommendations across revenue, cost, margin, and profitability.

• Recommend and test improvements in financial analytics processes.
• Proactively recommend new ways to improve analysis and drive strategic impact.
  
  

Knowledge (Include Level Of Expertise)

• Financial reporting, variance analysis, KPI frameworks

• ETL principles, data modeling, and visualization best practices
