PwC Acceleration Center Mexico seeks an Amazon Connect Tech Architect at Senior Manager level to lead major client projects across Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Business Services. You will analyze needs, implement software solutions, and train teams to achieve seamless integration and utilization of business applications.

You will drive strategic advice, grow as a trusted advisor, and mentor others while maintaining project excellence and fostering inclusive, high‑performing teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

As an Amazon Connect Tech Architect, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will leverage your skills to assist clients in achieving their strategic objectives through innovative business application consulting services.

As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You will interact with clients at a strategic level, driving overall project success. Growing as a strategic advisor, you will leverage your skills and professional networks to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications, leveraging a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 8 years of experience
