A leading healthcare company in Mexico City is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive people strategies and enhance organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or consumer goods, and will work collaboratively with business leaders to fulfill workforce and development needs in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience in healthcare or consumer goods industries preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of local labor laws and regulatory frameworks in Mexico.

Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic HR Business Partner to support multiple divisions within the organization, acting as a key advisor and catalyst for business transformation. This role is responsible for driving people strategies that align with business objectives, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to forecast workforce needs and design/deploy HR strategies that support long-term business goals.
  • Lead the implementation and communication of Performance Excellence programs, including performance assessments, growth plans, career development, and succession planning.
  • Provide organizational development support, including coaching, team development, and change management strategies.
  • Ensure the effective delivery of HR programs and services, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and HR effectiveness across multiple divisions and functions.
  • Act as an ambassador for the HR function, promoting the value of HR resources and enhancing the function’s reputation across the business.
  • Collaborate with Practice and Service Centers to ensure alignment with the overall HR strategy and delivery standards.
  • Advise management on HR implications of business strategies, helping to shape and implement organizational design and restructuring initiatives.
  • Promote a positive employee relations environment, ensuring transparent communication and managing retention, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
  • Serve as the primary HR expert and consultant for client groups, providing guidance on policy interpretation, local labor law, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Support the design and execution of employee relations strategies, processes, and tactics tailored to organizational needs.
Qualifications
  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in healthcare or consumer goods industries.
  • Proven experience supporting complex, matrixed organizations, preferably across multiple sites or disciplines.
  • Solid knowledge of local labor laws and regulatory frameworks in Mexico; experience in union environments is a plus.
  • Prior experience in leading and coaching teams at multiple organizational levels.
