FedEx Group in Mexico is seeking a logistics professional to apply specialist knowledge in customs and freight operations at our Tijuana facility. You will prepare import/export documents, assist with manifests, and support airline-based processes to ensure timely clearance.

The role requires a high school diploma, English proficiency (TOEIC 450), and at least 2 years of freight/cargo customs experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

• At least 2 years in freight/cargo customs environment.
• Knowledge of FedEx applications (VISA, CAGE, COSMOS) preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Apply specialist knowledge to support regional, divisional, and corporate goals.
• Design, develop and implement processes within area of expertise.
• Prepare internal customs documents for import/export via aircraft.
• Prepare international manifests for efficient customs clearance.
• Maintain all customs documents organized and filed.
• Assist with sorting, baggage support at airport/station, and retrieve air freight as needed.
