Expeditors is seeking an entry-level Air Export professional to ensure timely movement of freight and information while delivering exceptional customer service within the Air Export Department. The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration with colleagues, and adherence to Expeditors' standards and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training, strong communication skills, and fluency in English.

Formación

• Experience with Expeditors training and policies.
• Experience with Expeditors services, systems and procedures.
• IATA Certification (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system
• Track and Trace Air Export Files and reporting
• Interact with our customers in arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards.
• Contribute to maintaining good relationships with suppliers
• Meet compliance at all times to regulations internal and external
• Meet KPI standards in accordance with the Company procedures
• Escalation of problems to Management when necessary
